1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and PAICEY LTD (Registered Number: RN 9724436), concerning your access to and use of the PAICEY web platform, mobile applications, 4-pillar QOL assessment services, and predictive wellness tracking modules.
By accessing PAICEY or creating an account, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms.
2. Medical & Health Information Disclaimer
PAICEY is not a clinical medical diagnostic tool. The 4-segmentation Quality of Life (Physical, Mental, Environmental, Social) indices, 2x daily check-in ratings, predictive wave trends, and nutritional recommendations are designed exclusively for fitness tracking, lifestyle habit improvement, and empirical kinetic insights.
Always consult a licensed physician, doctor, or qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise regimen, extreme physical exertion, or significant dietary change.
3. Account Registration & Verified Identity
To access personalized health analytics and complete subscription payments, you must create a verified account via Firebase Authentication (Email/Password or Google Sign-In).
Mandatory Identity Binding: Subscription payments cannot be processed anonymously. Every payment transaction processed through Squadco must be permanently tied to your authenticated User ID (UID) to safeguard your subscription privileges and historical check-in records.
4. Subscription Tiers & Billing via Squadco
PAICEY offers flexible recurring subscription tiers for full platform access:
Payments are securely routed via Squad by HabariPay (GTCO). Reference numbers are formatted according to the cryptographic schema {uid}_{timestamp_ms}_{uuid}.
5. Intellectual Property & Academic Provenance
All algorithms, UI designs, codebases, 4-pillar calculation methods, and predictive models developed under PAICEY are the intellectual property of PAICEY LTD (RN: 9724436), founded upon Human Kinetics academic research by Laura Bolade (CEO) titled “Enhancing Physical Activity and Quality of Life Among University of Lagos Undergraduates Through Digital Fitness Nudges via the PAICEY App” and enterprise software architecture by Onakunle Oladipo at the University of Lagos.
You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the proprietary kinetics calculations without explicit written permission.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
