This Privacy Policy details how we collect, store, process, and protect your information when you access the PAICEY web platform, mobile applications, predictive models, 2x daily check-in protocols, and subscription services under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and international best practices.

• Account & Verified Identity Data
Full name, email address, profile avatar, and authentication identifiers provided through Firebase Authentication (Email/Password or Google OAuth).
• 4-Pillar Quality of Life (QOL) Health Inputs
Physical scores (daily steps, recovery rates, workout completions), Mental scores (cognitive focus, stress indices), Environmental ratings (sleep hygiene, circadian rhythm timing), and Social metrics (leaderboard activity, community streaks).
• 2x Daily Check-in Logs
Subjective morning readiness reports and evening reflection data used by our predictive algorithms to compute rolling adaptation and forecast curves.
• Transaction & Payment Metadata
Payments are processed securely via Squad by HabariPay (GTCO). We store verified transaction references formatted as {uid}_{timestamp_ms}_{uuid} and subscription active periods. We never store raw credit/debit card numbers or bank PINs on our servers.

PAICEY originated from empirical Human Kinetics undergraduate research conducted by Laura Bolade at the University of Lagos (UNILAG) titled: “Enhancing Physical Activity and Quality of Life Among University of Lagos Undergraduates Through Digital Fitness Nudges via the PAICEY App”.
To advance kinetic forecasting models and biomechanical algorithms, aggregated trendlines may be studied in strictly anonymized, de-identified mathematical formats where no individual identity, email, or personal identifier can ever be reverse-engineered.
